This practice was built intentionally around patients rather than metrics. There are no outside investors, no production quotas, and no commissions. That means our team is free to focus entirely on what patients need, explaining options clearly, taking the time each visit deserves, and recommending treatment only when it truly helps. Because we are small, every team member’s contribution matters and every voice is heard.
